The International Conference for Young Quantum Information Scientists (YQIS) is a three-day conference made by young researchers for young researchers in the field of quantum information theory. This event provides a stage for young researchers (PhD students and post-doctoral fellows) to present their research.

YQIS covers a broad spectrum of topics, encompassing both theoretical and experimental facets of quantum information. These range from the very foundations of quantum information to applied quantum systems, e.g. quantum foundations, quantum correlations and networks, condensed matter and N-body systems, quantum thermodynamics and open systems, quantum metrology and sensing, quantum communication and cryptography, quantum simulation and computation, and quantum information processing technologies.

We are Quantum (WAQ) is a two-day satellite event also aimed at young researchers (Master and PhD students). It aims at showcasing state-of-the-art tutorials and career opportunities within 3 research institutes: CEA, CNRS, Inria.
